RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Finding Nostalgia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please email us at FindingNostalgia@gmail.com with your Order Number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning their items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically [e.g., 5-10 business days]).

Exchanges

As most of our items are offered as one of a kind, we can not offer exchanges.
